OLS Athletics participates in CYO for the Archdiocese of Newark through which we compete against neighboring schools and parish CCD programs.

We emphasize team-work and good sportsmanship at all ages and we try to encourage a love of sport in our students.

To increase participation we have a “no cuts” policy at all levels in our program. Each and every student is welcome to try out a sport and see if they like it, without being anxious about their performance. The important thing is that they take part. We want to ensure that our student athletes have fun, make friends, and take pride in representing Our Lady of Sorrows School.
